Suburban density. Oakville, ON Ninety-six spaces without a sprawling structure.
Challenge: deliver a high parking count on a suburban Oakville site without giving the program over to ramps and drive aisles. Approach: Parklift 411 stackers stacked the count vertically within a compact footprint, coordinated with Guthrie Muscovitch Architects for Rise Developments.

Downtown infill. Toronto, ON An early infill tower that set the pattern.
Challenge: fit secured resident parking into a tight downtown infill plate. Approach: Parklift 413 stackers with Teeple Architects for Context and Riocan Living, one of WVIP's earliest GTA installations and still running.

Mixed system. Kitchener, ON Three Parklift models for a varied vehicle mix.
Challenge: a constrained plate with a range of vehicle sizes and level conditions. Approach: a combination of Parklift 450, 465 and 543 tuned to each zone, with Neo Architects for VIVE Developments.

Heavy vehicle. Toronto, ON Turning a garbage truck on a constrained service site.
Challenge: manoeuvre a refuse truck safely in and out of a tight urban service area without dangerous reversing. Approach: a 12.5 m heavy-duty turntable with Turner Fleischer Architects for Fitzrovia and Hazelview, so the truck always exits forward.

Boutique infill. Toronto, ON Boutique parking across split levels.
Challenge: secured parking for a boutique infill building with mixed level conditions. Approach: Parklift 461 and 413 stackers combined to suit each bay, with Audax for Curated Properties.

Puzzle system. Toronto, ON Maximum density in a slim footprint.
Challenge: recover the most parking possible from a narrow Christie Street plate. Approach: the Combilift 543 puzzle system shifts and stacks to use every metre, with RAW Design for Zink Developments.
